	Wine Regions of the World Tasting Series Cruise Explore the wines of the world! Each week we will focus on a different region, exploring grapes, styles, soils, viticulture and tasting techniques that will enhance your tasting experience. These interactive tastings will be conducted by our wine master, Wendy Crispell, in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. 	Sushi & Sake Sunset Sail A light dinner sail featuring a most seaworthy cuisine: NYC's most renowned sushi by Iron Chef Morimoto and cool refreshing assorted sake, served on the decks of New York's most elegant schooner for a sunset sail. 	Around Manhattan Afternoon Tea Cruise Join us for "Afternoon Tea" -- a shipboard, high-society ritual of the early 20th century Ocean Liners! Step aboard the teak decks our Great Gatsby Era yacht, the Manhattan, and enjoy this elegant cruise that circumnavigates the island of Manhattan! We have partnered with the Chelsea T Salon and local bakeries to lay out a lovely 'Afternoon Tea' buffet spread. Great views are plentiful and a lightly-narrated tour is included. 	Full Day Cruise to Bear Mountain and Back! This 9 hour full day event starts with a 3 hour north bound leg from Chelsea Piers to Bear Mountain State Park. Once there, guests have 3 hours to themselves to explore the park: visit the Trailside Zoo, take a stroll or a row around Lake Hessian, or hike up Bear Mountain for breath-taking views of the Hudson River valley! The three hour journey back to NYC delights our guests with a bountiful barbecue picnic buffet with the best burgers and hot dogs right off the grill, classic side dishes and desserts prepared by our on board chef.
